1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you and Risk Medical Rescue Limited ("RMR", "we", "us") in relation to your use of this website and the services and training we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.

Risk Medical Rescue Limited is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14329059) with its registered office at St Augustine's, 125 Canterbury Road, Westgate-On-Sea, Kent CT8 8NL.

2. Services

RMR provides event medical cover, independent ambulance and patient transport, remote and expedition medicine, secure and custodial healthcare, consultancy and clinical governance, and accredited training. The scope of any engagement is set out in a separate written agreement.

We reserve the right to decline any booking or service request where we cannot safely or lawfully meet the requirements.

3. Bookings and Payment

Training Courses

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed purchase order.
• Cancellations more than 14 days before the course date: full refund.
• Cancellations 7–14 days before the course date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations fewer than 7 days before the course date: no refund.
• RMR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses; a full refund or transfer will be offered.

Event Medical Services

Event medical contracts are governed by individual written agreements setting out scope, staffing, equipment, deposit, and payment terms. Cancellation terms are specified in each agreement.

4. Clinical Services — Conditions of Provision

Clinical services are provided by appropriately qualified and registered clinicians operating within their scope of practice and in accordance with applicable clinical governance, CQC requirements, and professional standards.

RMR maintains appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

5. Liability

RMR's liability to you shall not exceed the value of the services provided, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence).

We accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on general website content.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, documentation, and content published on this website are owned by or licensed to Risk Medical Rescue Limited and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
