Clinical Governance, Patient Safety & CPD
Holds overall accountability for clinical standards, scope of practice and medicines governance. Chairs clinical governance, leads safeguarding and infection prevention, and oversees audit, incident review and Duty of Candour.
Operational Delivery, Compliance & People
Accountable for service delivery across all divisions, including staffing, fleet strategy and client contracts. Owns the audit programme, policy review cycle and CQC evidence base, alongside recruitment, workforce records and safeguarding responsibility for health & safety, fire safety and business continuity.
Day-to-Day Operations
Manages crewing, rotas and vehicle readiness across live operations. Handles incident logging, first-line complaint investigation, appraisal and sickness administration, and duty-manager cover.
Lead Instructor & Internal Quality Assurance
Responsible for curriculum development, instructor oversight and accreditation compliance across the training division. Actively teaches on EFAW, FAW, FREC 3 and FREC 4 programmes.
Event Medical Planning & Delivery
Specialist in event medical planning and on-site delivery. Owns medical risk assessment, resource modelling and post-event debrief for festivals, motorsport and sporting fixtures.
Client Services
First point of contact for client enquiries, quoting and contracts. Coordinates deployment scheduling, event paperwork and post-event reporting.
Clinical Supervision & CPD
Provides clinical supervision, preceptorship and portfolio sign-off for operational staff. Supports CPD planning and reflective revalidation where competency gaps are identified.
Independent Staff Concerns
Provides a confidential and independent route for staff to raise concerns about care or conduct. Sits outside the operational management line to protect impartiality.
Live Operational Escalation
Single point of escalation outside core hours for crews, vehicle and clinical issues. Triages incidents and activates senior on-call where required.
