1. Our Commitment

Risk Medical Rescue Limited is committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chain. We act ethically and with integrity in all our relationships and have effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery.

2. Our Business

Risk Medical Rescue Limited is a UK-based independent provider of operational healthcare, event medical cover, patient transport, remote and custodial healthcare, and accredited training. Our workforce consists of registered clinicians and support staff operating within the United Kingdom.

3. Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain is primarily domestic and consists of:

  • Medical equipment suppliers — UK-based, established providers
  • Awarding and accreditation bodies — regulated UK organisations
  • IT and software service providers
  • Vehicle maintenance and hire companies
  • Training facility and consumables suppliers

We recognise that the risk of modern slavery is low across our supply chain, but we remain vigilant and review our suppliers accordingly.

4. Our Policies

We maintain the following internal policies relevant to modern slavery:

  • Safer Recruitment Policy — all staff are subject to identity, right-to-work, and reference checks
  • Whistleblowing Policy — staff are encouraged to report concerns confidentially
  • Supplier Code of Conduct — suppliers are expected to uphold our standards
  • Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy

5. Due Diligence

We conduct the following due diligence activities:

  • Right-to-work verification for all new employees and contractors
  • Enhanced DBS checks for all clinical staff
  • Review of supplier terms and conditions for compliance
  • Annual review of this statement and associated policies

6. Reporting Concerns

Any person — employee, contractor, client, or member of the public — who has concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking connected to our business is encouraged to report them in confidence to hello@riskmedicalrescue.co.uk. Concerns will be investigated and, where appropriate, referred to the relevant authorities.

7. Approval

This statement is approved by the Directors of Risk Medical Rescue Limited and is reviewed annually.
